To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging and all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you.
Items marked as non-refundable including but not limited to, beauty products, haircare or earrings can not be returned once packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

sweatpants were pilling after first wear allll over. i messaged them twice about the issue and still no one has gotten back to me.
Unfortunately, my experience with the Denim Wash Velour Monster Joggers has been negative. My daughter wore them immediately after delivery, and at that moment I didn’t notice that they were sewn incorrectly — the inner seam was finished as if it were an outer seam.
After the first wash (strictly following the care instructions), I noticed threads coming out along all the seams. This was very disappointing, especially considering the price of £80. I expected much better quality from your brand.

I have the black pair too. I wear a cropped tee and some clogs or some nice shoes and its a fit. Always get compliments. I am 6’2. I bought both in a medium.
honestly between these and the grey pair, i cannot stop wearing them. and ill buy another colorway or two BUT PLEASE MAKE SOME FOR SHORT PEOPLE. they are SO LONG. life is hard enough at 5”2.
I got a size small and they fit perfectly baggy.
For reference I am 120LBS, 27/28 waist, and 37” hips.
